An unlikely combination, Warren G's famous Regulators song is dubbed over Toro Y Moi's "Still Sound" beat. It works. RIP Nate Dogg.

Nice cover of Devin the Dude's ode to the doobie ashtray. Of course, fitting song for a day like today.

One of the members of The Cool Kids put out a quality mixtape about a month ago. Definitely check this one out if you haven't already.

Along with Labcabincalifornia, Outkast's 1998 album "Aquemini" is among my favorite 5 albums of all time. The two haven't put together a full album together since Idlewild and it seems like they're destined to do their own thing for solo careers, but if a new album comes out Outkast is one of the few groups that I would not hesitate to go to the store and buy a copy.

The Weeknd - What You Need

The Weeknd is Canadian R&B singer Abel Tesfaye. From the critically-acclaimed free mixtape "House of Balloons," The Weeknd has reached a good degree of visibility in large part due to a Drake tweet promoting the album. Gotta love social media.

Toro Y Moi is one of the leaders of the chillwave movement which was pretty popular a year or two ago. Chaz Bundick is the sole member of this "group" as he composes all of the music on his own. The Columbia, SC native has musical influences from a vast amount of genres, which results in his pretty unique sound. His new sophomore album "Underneath the Pine" is definitely a must-have.
